They assessed the machines and put in a temporary fix for the AC to work until a new part for the HVAC was delivered. The needed hardware was ordered and delivered a week later and all seems to be good now with the HVAC.“

I am someone who will not settle when it comes to finding an honest and affordable provider, but found this task a major challenge for HVAC repair — robot answering services, lack of transparency on pricing, and always a vague feeling of being scammed. That is, until I met Janncy of G2G. Janncy came to our house within an hour (!!!) and immediately fixed an issue with our HVAC wiring at an affordable price. “Winston was the best HVAC technician that has ever done our Spring check up. I have always thought they were wonderful, but Winston took it to the next level. Above and beyond. I was the last appointment of his day and although it was getting colder and dark outside, he still created an environment where he could check the units as if some summertime heat was setting in, otherwise it was too cold. It was very interesting to see how that’s done. If not for that experienced effort, he would’ve had to come back on a different day. He also went the extra mile to take the side panel grills off to get all the leaves out and off of the outer coils. “We had our gas shutoff by ConEd due to a small gas leak. This required us to work with a Master Plumber to get the leak fixed and our gas turned back on. After doing some research I called BMT Plumbing. The owner, El, took charge and described what would happen with ConEd and the Dept of Buildings. He filed all of the paperwork, his team got the leak fixed, dealt with all of the inspections, and the gas is turned back on. BMT is thorough, they were always prompt when scheduling work, and the team is knowledgeable and friendly. BMT charges a fair price for it's work. We're happy we chose El and the BMT team.“

Compared to the big names in Westchester like Sila and Bruni & Campesi - Master Comfort explained everything in a detailed and transparent matter.

The one thing they do better than ANYONE is the use of premium products and yet still being cheaper than others who use just your standard grade products.

They replaced my flex ducts to metal (not easy) and insulated them with an eco-friendly formaldehyde free insualtion so that my air quality would not be impacted.

They will be my HVAC guys for life!“
