They are clearly knowledgeable about all HVAC systems, finding the problem and getting units up and running perfectly. They design, engineer, install, maintain, and repair all systems, recommending only the most cost-effective and energy-efficient products. They were very responsive when called, and the salesman answered all questions and adjusted proposals. Installation was done professionally and cleanly with a very neat job. The tech, Santiago, was well qualified and solved the control issue with ease. The guys were on time and did the maintenance quickly. They took out an old gas furnace and AC and installed a heat pump system, coming in $15K cheaper than a competitor. They communicated good and took care of most of the paperwork for permits, paperwork, and inspections. They installed the system in 3 days and took 2 hours to fix the old gas furnace when it failed. They also upgraded the electric panel. The new heat pump system works great and gives great savings.
