“They're the best. I had no heat in our apt and they came the next day to try and fix it. It took a few days to receive the parts needed but they got the job done quickly. They even offered to give us space heaters while we waited for the parts.”
“Richard was prompt, courteous, answered all my questions, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner”
“I have been using Astacio/Sila since I moved into my current home, and my experience has been consistently very good. Yesterday, Chris performed scheduled maintenance of my HVAC system. He, as expected, was the pinnacle of courtesy, politeness, and professionalism. Five stars all around. I would never consider switching. Chris was on time (8:30am sharp), introduced himself, donned booties without prompting, and went to work for the next three hours, keeping me apprised throughout.”
