Our AC went down and when we called for service Lisa was attentive and understood the urgency we had in getting it back up and running. She got Chris right on it. He was punctual and really knew what he was doing as he was transparent when explaining the problem he found and how he found it. Really a pleasure to work with and highly recommend to anyone looking for service. They will be our first call going forward from now on!

Richie Brothers Heating AC and Repair replaced our entire new system-Trane AC and furnace. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish! The crew Richie, Mike, and Chris did an amazing job! They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and the workmanship was outstanding! Every connection, line, and duct transition was done neatly. Their price were very reasonable, especially compared to two other quotes we got. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
