Our AC just went out on one of the hottest days this year. Chris gave us a block of time that he would arrive that same day, was on time, and was able to successfully repair it. He also noted that we had a crack in our heating duct that could lead to carbon monoxide leakage. He was very friendly, upfront, and very knowledgeable about our cooling and heating systems. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend.

I had working heat on two floors of my house, but the ground / main floor was FREEZING. I called Richie Brothers. I spoke to a lovely woman in the office named Lisa. She asked a few basic questions. Called me back very quickly to confirm a same day appointment. Chris Sciortino showed up at my house EXACTLY on time. He was AWESOME. Chris was very knowledgeable and very patient. He didnt make me feel stupid (even though I dont know basic information about my house). I really appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness.
