They were able to assess the problem over text messages and necessary images. “I am very grateful for Ranshaw helping me out of a horrible situation with my oil burner. I had purchased a new oil burner a month earlier with my oil company. Since it was installed it wasn't working correctly in starting and stopping continuously all day. That is called short cycling caused by an oversized oil burner. I tried to get my oil company to fix it but they said they couldn't do anything. I then called Ranshaw because I heard that even though they sold their oil company, they might help me because they are the best. They sent 2 highly trained professionals who did a full diagnostic on my oil burner and wrote down solutions for my original oil company to correct. “Con Ed shut down our gas on a Friday night at 6pm in below freezing temperatures. Not only did Frank call me back immediately (after hours) but he handled everything from filing for a permit to dealing with Con Ed directly - persisting with them while they dragged their feet so that he could help us get our gas turned back on and we could have heat in the dead of winter. He worked tirelessly to help us and replace the leaking pipes as quickly as possible while making sure everything was done so neatly, properly and up to code. He was extremely responsive and kept in constant contact to help us make sure our pipes didn't freeze (even loaning us an extra heater!) while we waited for Con Ed. I can't say enough great things about Frank and his company. “Called Herber very early in the morning in regards to an emergency with a leaking home water filter. Secretary was very nice and accommodating setting an appointment up for me very quickly...The plumber Mike showed up immediately and addressed and fixed the issue without incidence.
