5 stars for the tech. Had my AC system serviced today by Carpenter & Smith Tech, Jim (#708). Jim did had excellent job as he has in the past. Very thorough, polite and professional with all aspects of his work. He is incredibly proficient and represents his company well.
That being said Carpenter & Smith (5 stars) and Wallace Energy (1 star) are sister companies in the Hudson Valley, and both operate as subsidiaries under their parent company, Star Group, L.P. HEY JUST WANTED TO SAY GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT SERVICE I HAD JOE #710 HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY A GREAT GUY TO HAVE COME SERVICE YOUR BOILER OR A/C UNIT KEEP THIS GUY IN THE COMPANY HE'S WORTH HAVING I CAN'T SAY ANYMORE ABOUT THIS COMPANY BEEN WITH THEM OVER 5 YEARS AND IM NEVER DISAPPOINT WITH THEM ALWAYS HAPPY TO HAVE THEM IN MY CORNER PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK I DO RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS 🧡
Chris S (tech # 709) came for an emergency boiler repair. He was very professional and respectful of our home. He repaired our leaking boiler in a timely fashion and was very pleasant to work with. We were lucky to have him return the next week for our annual tune up! Fantastic experience! Thanks Chris
