5 stars for the tech. Had my AC system serviced today by Carpenter & Smith Tech, Jim (#708). Jim did had excellent job as he has in the past. Very thorough, polite and professional with all aspects of his work. He is incredibly proficient and represents his company well.
That being said Carpenter & Smith (5 stars) and Wallace Energy (1 star) are sister companies in the Hudson Valley, and both operate as subsidiaries under their parent company, Star Group, L.P.
