I came with a group of 6 which they accommodated no problem. They only have 5 pedicure chairs so we had to rotate, but they made it work so that none of us had to wait too long. Also the massage chairs were amazing.
After temperatures substantially dropped in our house we had to make an emergency phone call to SOS. Within a few hours, the technician arrived, and he was able to diagnose and repair the problem. We are grateful for Josh M. He apologized for the delay in arrival but he mentioned he had several calls prior to ours. It was an icy night, and he had made the long trek from Goshen to lower Rockland County. He arrived after midnight and we were up and running in a half hour. If you take into account the time of day it was as well as the weather outside, he was very pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Josh!!
