I’ve been using A1 for about 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences with the entire team. From the office staff (Tammy) to their technicians (Frank, Sergio, Miguel and team) they are all true professionals of their craft and have never let me down. They’re trustworthiness, timelessness, attention to detail and most of all how they take their time and go out of their ways to explain everything in detail. What a fantastic organization! This was my first experience with this company. The hot water heater starting leaking out and honestly we didn't know who to call. A friend recommended them and what an awesome experience. We're really happy.
A manager by the name of Rich called us back and within a very short time he was able to send someone over to shut off the water and evaluate the situation. He was great and explained just what was needed and didn't try to upsell us with a package of things to inflate the price. It was fair and honest.

Miguel and Edwin did a great job fixing the gas leak in my house. They were through and detail oriented to find the root cause of the problem and fixed it. I appreciate their diligence and hard work. They showed that they care. Thank you Miguel and Edwin!
