Not only that but two weeks later I get a call and they want to come in and quality check their work! They were very responsive, patient and explained the process thoroughly. Their estimate was very reasonable. “We had to replace our very old central AC and had a fantastic experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They offered multiple options and explained the benefits. We went with the middle cost option and a week later a large crew showed up for 2 days. They put down protection everywhere and day 1 they removed the old, huge, AC units and equipment from the attic along with the 2 outside units. Day 2 they installed the new attic unit, thermostats and the outside unit. What a polite, respectful, hard working group. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning offered a fantastic finance plan that was easy to sign up for. We have had no problems with the installation and it has worked flawlessly for approaching a year.During the heating season, we had an issue with our gas furnace so I called them again. They came out and repaired the problem, but we ended up having a much bigger problem with the old clay lying in the chimney deteriorating and blocking the exhaust. They replaced the chimney liner for a very reasonable cost, doing the work themselves, again with an extremely polite and clean team.In a time where it can be tough to even have a contractor get back to you, let alone show up and do great work, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a breath of fresh air (pun intended).“

“Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“

My central air was broken on the main floor of my house, he assessed the whole unit and told me it would be 1 out of 3 problems. Gave me pricing for each before he continued his work so I knew what the minimum and maximum the project would cost. No hidden fees, hidden charges, etc. Hard to find good vendors, but would recommend him to anyone.“

“I called for a consult & was asked about the details of work or equipment needed. We had a long list: kit. faucet replacement, shower/tub valve & fixtures install with tile patch, replace incorrect pvc-pipes, replace copper piping and install rough-in tub/shower valve. Our technician was Bill C., he reviewed the areas/items to be worked on & related the price (Ouch!) then got right to work! It was non-stop solving problem after problem and leaving every area looking like a photo ad at the end of a long day! We were totally grateful for the pride, professionalism & hustle Bill showed in his work. He passed on helpful info on maintenance and even gave some good advice on managing the anxiety-prone dog (we were sitting) when workers have to come in and out! “This guy Kieth went above and beyond for me. I called him with an issue I had with my Aqua Balance combi boiler. Most people are in a rush. This guy spent a good 25 minutes on the phone with discussing the unit. He had me take pictures of the unit so he could look it over. He knows the ins and outs of this complex unit so I can only imagine how effective he is on a simpler boiler. Above and beyond. Extremely thankful.
