“I had a situation where for a number if years I was relying on a friend of a family member to give my boiler an annual inspection. Unfortunately nothing was actually being checked. Recently, I noticed that one of the zones was not delivering heat and there was some leaking of water in the utility room. Many years ago my mom had work done by Martin Masters - I remember it because I saw the yellow tags that had been hung on replaced valves with his name. I gave them a call and Martin came to assess the situation. It was the best call I could have made. The problem was quickly diagnosed and an estimate provided. When the repair was being effected, it turned out that there were some serious hidden issues in the system. Even with the additional issues, the repair to the entire system was done quickly and the boiler again delivered robust heat to every zone. Martin Masters is a company (and person!) that you can trust completely. They have been around for forever and the work they do is stellar. Anyone can Google how to fix something - Martin has decades of intimate understanding of heating systems and plumbing. That kind of knowledge and expertise is rare in today's world. If you need to have surgery, you would want the best surgeon. If you have plumbing needs, you get the best company to do the job. Martin Masters is the one. Thank you very much for a superb job.“

Had an emergency AC issue and the owner got someone out to my house same day. When the fix didn't fully take, he sent his guy back out again. When that still didn't resolve it — he showed up himself. At 9pm. Climbed into my attic and didn't leave until it was done right.
That's not normal. That's someone who actually cares about the work and the customer, not just closing the ticket.
If you want an HVAC company where the owner is genuinely invested in getting it right, this is it. I'll be calling them for everything going forward.“

We had a laundry list of things we had to do - replace a kitchen sink, sewer pipe repair, replace a bunch of piping in the kitchen/bathroom, replacing the spigots outside, install a reverse osmosis machine, and a bunch of other things. “I've called Frank twice now to fix plumbing issues in my home. Both times, he and his crew have been punctual and efficient.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold of contractors. I called another plumber for a second opinion and the other guy never even got back to me.

But Frank was able to get out here just after a blizzard to repair a pipe that broke in my baseboard heating.

“Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“
