I called Jet Air, and they scheduled me in quickly.. The technician Nick, arrived promptly, he was professional, courteous and he knew his boilers. “On Monday 4/28/25 a Cunningham crew cleaned my home's air ductwork, floor vents, air returns, dryer duct, etc. The crew head even inspected my heating system chimney and decided it did not need to be cleaned. They were a delight to work with. The crew arrived on time, immediately protected my rugs and walls, and got right to work. The whole process took 4 hours for my modest sized home, during which time the crew head kept me informed about their progress. They moved, and replaced, furniture as needed. “Al helped bail me out of a bad install from a different company 18 years ago and I have never forgotten. So when it came time for an update of my current system Cool Air really was the only Company I called......The price was fair and the job was done in a day. As other reviewers mentioned the job was done neatly and the installers including supervisor Stephan were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a small issue with a motorized split damper (which was my original unit) and my thermostat and Al sent a tech guy out who reprogrammed all my thermostats in a matter of minutes and no issues after that. Needless to say we are very happy and would highly recommend them“
