It's been a while since I reviewed Richard Salon so I figured I'd give an update - 30+ years Rich has been colorist - He's the best. My hair is always gorgeous. Sofia does my curly-hair cut and she is a master stylist especially if you want something for a special occasion. All of the staff are amazing - Respectful, funny, welcoming - I'm there every 3-weeks for my touch up and it is always a wonderful experience. I would never go anywhere else.
Alex is the best!!! She gave me the most gorgeous bright blonde I'm totally obsessed with and feel like I'm literally hair flipping my way through the world now. I haven't always left salons feeling bright enough, sometimes my blonde is too ashy or dull and Alex got the color spot on!!! Its perfection!

Wonderful nail salon! The ladies are professional and do a fantastic job. I’ve been to so many nail salons around the island, both Nassau & Suffolk county, and this one has done the best job by far. I go to Lily, but Tiffany and the other young lady that works there are great as well. Highly recommend!

We lost heat during a snowstorm and later realized we had frozen and burst pipes. As parents of a 13-month-old, we were panicked. The owner of JA Plumbing Services came out immediately in the middle of the storm and handled everything with complete professionalism and care.
He quickly identified the frozen and burst pipes, repaired them on the spot, and restored our heat before he left. Watching him work, you could tell he truly knows his craft. He took the time to make sure everything was safe, functioning, and that we had peace of mind before he left. On top of that, he even put us in contact with a trusted remediation company to handle the water damage, which was such a relief in a stressful situation.

The young man that came here today was very courteous polite respectful. Gave us our options which was very good. He unclogged our kitchen drain that was running very slowly. But he did tell us we could go a little longer if we wanted to but we have a big party coming up so we opted just to do it. But I thought the price was kind of hard high I know he doesn't set the price but I thought it was kind of expensive. But you guys are always trustworthy and stand by your work. Like I said the gentleman that came to our house was extremely nice and very helpful

RJD just completed renovating my garage, new epoxy type floor and painting. They carefully removed all the contents. When complete they put everything back even better than originally. They were very neat and a pleasure to work with. RJD has done work for us over 30 years.Over time they redid every room in the house. I would recommend them highly to do renovations and construction. Not only did John and his team clear the fence of a tremendous amount of vines, they trimmed and saved our weeping cherry tree. What a wonderful experience! I found this dental office through my insurance (CSEA). From my 1st call to my visit today took less than a week. (It was a routine cleaning/ exam but they made sure to ask if it was an emergency before scheduling.) The front desk workers verified my insurance coverage and kept me in the loop. Sandra was my hygienist and she was very gentle but thorough. Then Dr. James came in and did an exam and used a mirror to point out some issues for future consideration. If you are looking for a high quality, professional and friendly dental practice, give them a call!

I met a lady at a dog park and she recommended K&A. Brought my two cavachons Luke and Leia. They were pretty matted and left smelling and looking phenomenal. I didn’t want the eye lashes and ear hair cut. They actually listened. I wanted the length still long which is difficult with matted hair. The length was left long but no matts. It was magical. My husband who is very picky and cynical was thrilled. He mentioned to me that he was so happy we finally found The Perfect groomer. And he’s beyond picky.
I was also texted during the grooming giving me updates. A previous groomer was mad at Leia for being so verbal. Andrea the groomer at K&A thought Leia was wonderful and scrumptious. She and her husband were so positive and compassionate. In my quest to find a perfect groomer I was always dissatisfied and disappointed. Until K&A. The dogs look so good. I really cannot gush enough. It’s a very emotional thing to bring your dogs to the groomer. But after meeting Andrea and her husband I felt so comfortable and secure. Lovely warm people.
I cannot recommend K&A enough. It is a wonderful spa. Highly highly recommended!!!!!

Had such a great experience at Bloom Spa Therapy today! Melissa was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I specifically came in for a massage, wanting to focus on a lot of back tension, and she really listened and concentrated on exactly that during the massage. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed, and relieved afterwards. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, and overall it was such a calming experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone attentive and genuinely skilled. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to the Smithtown location of Metro seeking treatment for Bell's Palsy. I worked with Allie for PT and Devin for acupuncture. Allie is very kind and patient, but more importantly, is very knowledgeable about my condition. She evaluated me and began treatment immediately, sending me home with exercises to do multiple times daily. I made rapid progress under her guidance. I also had some acupuncture treatments with Devin, who was also very kind. I'd never had acupuncture before so he patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I was always comfortable during treatments. With Allie and Devin, I made rapid progress and was 90% better with 5 weeks of the onset of the condition. Bell's Palsy can last for 6 months, so the fact that I was back to work and living life normally again after only 5 weeks was amazing. I credit the team at Metro for helping me make such a quick recovery. I highly recommend Allie and Devin to anyone who needs treatment for Bell's.
