We had an issue today with our AC and called Titan Heating & Air Conditioning company. They came out same day and service our unit and corrected the issue. Mike was the technician that performed the worked and was very kind and professional. He explained how and what he was doing and help us understand the issue and the fix. I would ask for a trim but she said it wouldn’t look good with the extensions. My other son had a great time with the atmosphere and conversing with Jerome who matched all knowledge of Pokemon. Haircuts for both my sons looked awesome and we will be back!

I own Delpinghands Skincare & Massage all the way in the back of My Salon Suite and I absolutely love it. My suite neighbors are awesome, everyone is really nice and supportive. The landlord Scott is always dependable and truly cares about the success and well-being of everyone here; he's on site all the time taking care of this or that and always takes the time to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend anyone wanting to rent a suite or come in for services to check this place out!

Alexandra at authentic arts is a master at her craft, has a wonderful artistic eye and is a truly wonderful person. I’ve been going to authentic arts for my piercings for well over 5 years now and Alex is spectacular in every regard. I’m a registered nurse with a Masters degree in bioethics and I feel very strongly about the people I put my trust in when it comes to my body. Alex is extraordinarily knowledgeable, skilled and practices with pristine sterile technique. She is also incredibly compassionate, practices with honesty, moral integrity, and has consideration for anyone who walks in the doors of authentic arts.
In my bioethics program, we often discussed the question, “would you rather have the most skilled technician or the most compassionate technician taking care of you”. If you go to Alexandra, you don’t have to choose because you get both.

RJD just completed renovating my garage, new epoxy type floor and painting. They carefully removed all the contents. When complete they put everything back even better than originally. We had very invasive poison ivy, creeping Virginia, an all around mess in our yard. Not only did John and his team clear the fence of a tremendous amount of vines, they trimmed and saved our weeping cherry tree. (It was a routine cleaning/ exam but they made sure to ask if it was an emergency before scheduling.) The front desk workers verified my insurance coverage and kept me in the loop. Sandra was my hygienist and she was very gentle but thorough. Then Dr. James came in and did an exam and used a mirror to point out some issues for future consideration. I had an old crown on one of my front teeth that suddenly came off, so I called the dental office in an emergency. They were able to schedule me for an appointment right away, which I really appreciated.

The girls at the front desk are very nice pleasant efficient, and the doctors especially Dr. Pasquale is great great office and you don’t even have to sit and wait for an hour like every other one

I met a lady at a dog park and she recommended K&A. Brought my two cavachons Luke and Leia. They were pretty matted and left smelling and looking phenomenal. I didn’t want the eye lashes and ear hair cut. They actually listened. I wanted the length still long which is difficult with matted hair. The length was left long but no matts. It was magical. My husband who is very picky and cynical was thrilled. He mentioned to me that he was so happy we finally found The Perfect groomer. And he’s beyond picky.
I was also texted during the grooming giving me updates. A previous groomer was mad at Leia for being so verbal. Andrea the groomer at K&A thought Leia was wonderful and scrumptious. She and her husband were so positive and compassionate. In my quest to find a perfect groomer I was always dissatisfied and disappointed. Until K&A. The dogs look so good. I really cannot gush enough. It’s a very emotional thing to bring your dogs to the groomer. But after meeting Andrea and her husband I felt so comfortable and secure. Lovely warm people.
I cannot recommend K&A enough. It is a wonderful spa. Highly highly recommended!!!!!

I went to the Smithtown location of Metro seeking treatment for Bell's Palsy. I worked with Allie for PT and Devin for acupuncture. Allie is very kind and patient, but more importantly, is very knowledgeable about my condition. She evaluated me and began treatment immediately, sending me home with exercises to do multiple times daily. I made rapid progress under her guidance. I also had some acupuncture treatments with Devin, who was also very kind. I'd never had acupuncture before so he patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I was always comfortable during treatments. With Allie and Devin, I made rapid progress and was 90% better with 5 weeks of the onset of the condition. Bell's Palsy can last for 6 months, so the fact that I was back to work and living life normally again after only 5 weeks was amazing. I credit the team at Metro for helping me make such a quick recovery. I highly recommend Allie and Devin to anyone who needs treatment for Bell's.

We had an overall good experience with Ivy League Driving School. They were very accommodating when we needed to get into an earlier class, which we really appreciated. We chose to do Ivy League because my son is an athlete and also attends Wilson Tech half of the day so school sponsored drivers education is really tough to manage during the school year with so much going on. Many times the DE schedule is not feasible with athletes athletic practice commitments.
The classroom portion was actually very good. My son would come home talking about the different rules and things he learned that day, so I definitely felt like he was paying attention and getting something out of it. The quizzes were open notebook, which I also liked because it encouraged the students to listen and take good notes during class. If they did that, the notes were very helpful when it came time for the assessments.
The driving portion was fine, although instructors seemed to switch around fairly often and there were some days when they came back earlier than expected. Students receive about six hours of actual behind-the-wheel instruction through the program, which I understand is pretty standard. Parents are still responsible for completing the additional required driving hours with their child, which obviously gives them plenty of practice, but personally I would love to see driving schools offer more actual instructional driving time. I think it would be beneficial for students to spend more of those hours with a professional instructor and take a little of that responsibility off the parents, especially considering the cost of the program.
They also offer a $90 option where your child can have a driving lesson before the road test and then use the same car for the actual test, which I think is a really nice option. The only downside is that your child has to have held their permit for at least six months and be eligible to take the road test within the timeframe needed to use it. Depending on when your child starts the program, you may not necessarily be able to take advantage of that option.
Overall, it was a positive experience. The classroom instruction was definitely a strong point, they were accommodating to work with, and my son learned a lot. I just wish there were more professional behind-the-wheel instruction included in the program.
