Cunningham Air Duct Cleaning and Chimney Services is a trusted partner in commercial cleaning services, providing expertise in HVAC systems, dryer ducts and vents, oil and gas chimneys, and attic cleaning. With over 50 years of experience, the company delivers unparalleled knowledge and proficiency, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for commercial properties. Clients praise the company's honesty, professionalism, and thorough service, with some even reporting same-day appointments and excellent job results. A Cunningham crew recently cleaned a home's air ductwork, floor vents, air returns, and dryer duct. The crew head even inspected the heating system chimney and decided it did not need to be cleaned. They were a delight to work with. The crew arrived on time, immediately protected rugs and walls, and got right to work. The whole process took 4 hours for a modest sized home, during which time the crew head kept the client informed about their progress. They moved and replaced furniture as needed. The professionalism that was given was mind blowing. The clients were so very pleased. Mr. Jesus Avevalo and Bayron were very knowledgeable about vents and worked like the home was priceless. They have never seen anyone treat a home so well. They will be the only company coming into the home in the future. Brian was a service technician and he was extremely polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions.
I have received the Cunningham buisness through a friend of mine.. i needed a new chimney liner speaking with Bob (owner) from the beginning he was so easy to work with he took the time to explain the whole process. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with.. the workers that did the install took the time on what they did and took care of another issue I had.. would definitely recommend this company!!!
It’s clear why Cunningham Air Duct and Chimney Service has been in business for over 50 years-they are the best of the best. Byron and his crew go above and beyond in keeping the house clean while they work- bringing drop cloths, floor mats and donning shoe covers with every re-entry. They are professional and efficient. They identified an area of concern in our chimney and recommended appropriate repairs. They are the only company we’d use.
Byron’s team did a great job! They were right on time, covered the floor and covered the beds so no dust could get on them. They also cleaned the coils of the ac unit and showed me before and after pictures! I was surprised to find out they were that bad.
They did great and would recommend Cunningham to my neighbors
