But after wasting my four hours, he made the hot water system worse. He couldn't even find the problem. He finally told me he couldn't help any more and asked me to call Navien for help. Then I found Frank on Google, and he fixed everything for me in just 30 minutes. He's such a professional!“

He was knowledgeable and made suggestions to correct some problems from previous AC company. Eric and his crew did a great job to get the new unit in place and reconnect ductwork properly. Even the day of installation ; the new air handler had hidden damage when they opened carton and they were able to resolve problem very quickly. They do care about the quality of their work .“
