Wonderful studio, amazing teacher (Lesa) who gets to know you and provides adapted poses to accommodate any injuries or inabilities. She knows the mechanics of the body and can help ANYone. Very welcoming and friendly. THE best yoga experience I was ever lucky enough to find!
Lesa is a beautiful human being and an excellent instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and anatomy and can modify any pose to meet the needs of the individual student. The other instructors are all held in high regard by the students of Amba Yoga Center. I have been a student of Amba for several years and I recommend Lesa and her whole team without reservation!
I have worked personally and individually with Ann-Marie. It has been life changing, life opening, healing and challenging.. I recommend her practice to anyone wishing to open their mind and heart as well as their body. She is an ancient soul with wisdom way beyond her years. She is gentle and kind and ferociously smart!
