Upscale atmosphere with exceptional therapists I've had 3 massages here already and they absolutely helped my soar shoulders and upper body region very polite and caring to my all of my concerns.

I Love the Customer Service a big reason why i come here so often. I love the Sauna it is a private room that is extremely cozy! I come almost once a week to use the Sauna. It has changed my life no joke ! I am a Breast Cancer Survivor who needs to continue to Detox my body. I have not felt better my energy, skin, and overall wellness has much to do with this weekly practice. Love this Place and Thank You for what you have brought to Smithtown. The Owner is an absolute Doll..Satisfied Customer.

What a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. I was given a gift certificate for a facial. I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first facial. I left feeling relaxed and my skin felt wonderful.I’d strongly recommend LaVida ?
