I was referred to Four Seasons by my brother and his contractor when I had an emergency cesspool issue. Rob and his team came by the same day to drain the cesspool as well as the dry well. Rob’s communication skills are excellent and he kept me informed to let me know when they were arriving. They were professional, so nice and did an amazing job. They made a stressful situation so much easier. I would highly recommend them and will refer him to our friends and family.

My first time going and Omg first of all I was never treated at any hair salon the way these amazing girls and women treated me. The moment you walk into the door n till the moment you leave. The kindness, friendliness and caring that you feel from the staff is amazing. I would highly recommend this salon. Suzanne did my hair and it was absolutely perfect, the color she recommended was amazingly beautiful, the hair cut n style was absolutely perfect. I was so happy when I left. She was so caring , friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell she is passionate about her work. Loved the whole experience.
Bulldog did a fantastic job. Chris and crew were personable, honest and reasonable! It was a pleasure to watch them work. They are very professional and neat. I would feel very comfortable recommending them to anybody. Dealing with them was a pleasure!

I went to Ear Works in Nesconset to inquire about getting hearing aids for the first time. The office was very professional and everyone was very friendly.
Dr. Daniello explained my options very clearly and patiently answered my many questions. It was a pleasant conversation and I never felt hurried or like I was being pressured into buying anything.
I will be getting my new hearing aids next week. The process was very smooth and there is also financing at 0% interest which is extremely helpful.

Dr Munk took over the practice 20+ years ago. Our whole family went because Dr. and her staff are like family. Only for the fact that we moved, did we leave. Very gentle, affordable, companionate from assistants to hygienist. We miss them tremendously.

They had it all day and when I went to pick it up they said it couldn't be fixed. My friend told me about Best Cleaners and dropped my jacket off . The next day it was fixed , brand new perfect . B&R Plumbing has earned my trust after helping me out twice in one month.
Back in June, my condensate drain line clogged, causing the condensate pan to overflow and water to leak through my ceiling. It was during a heat wave, and every other HVAC company I called was booked until the next day or later. B&R was upfront about their transparent hourly pricing plus parts and was able to get a technician to my house within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the clogged drain, cleared it, and even recommended installing an emergency float switch to help prevent this from ever becoming a major disaster in the future. When an unexpected issue caused the job to run about 30 minutes longer through no fault of mine, they kindly waived the extra time without me having to argue about it. Most importantly, at no point did anyone try to sell me a new HVAC system, even though mine is an original 1998 R22 unit.
A few weeks later, my condenser wouldn't start. They had me scheduled first thing the next morning, and I was happy to get the same technician again. He immediately found that the wire leading to the capacitor had burned and repaired it instead of trying to sell me an entire system. While he was there, I decided to replace the capacitor with a higher quality one as preventive maintenance. He happened to have it in stock on the truck, which was really convenient and something I appreciated. That upgrade was completely my choice and wasn't something he tried to upsell me on. I also appreciate their hourly pricing because it makes it easy to have additional work done without feeling like you're getting hit with inflated flat rate charges.
Both repairs were completed correctly the first time, and I haven't had to call them back for either issue.
The only minor suggestion I'd make is that I like paying in cash, and a couple of times they didn't have change. I ended up stopping by the shop shortly afterward to pay the remaining difference, which wasn't a big deal and I took care of right away. Now I know to just have the exact amount ready next time.
Keep up the great work. We need more local companies like B&R that focus on honest repairs, fair pricing, and taking care of their customers instead of trying to sell them things they don't need.

My System was not working so I called sunray. Christian my service technician was amazing. He quickly diagnosed my problem. Got my system up and running and also explained what other parts would give me problems. Christian also debriefed me on the age of my system and set me up with an estimate appointment. I highly recommend Christian and sunray service. He's a huge asset to your company.

My husband and I go for body with foot massage every week. We have gone to other places including very expensive, out east places. Tina and the ladies know what they are doing, if you tell them areas of concern, they address them. Of course clean and relaxing. I will be going for a facial this week. As long as you don't want our appointments, you need to try this wonderful spa! 😁
I just happened to see this place while driving by and figured why not. My back is in pain every day. My first massage was with CiCi. She did an amazing job on my sore back and neck. I have been there at least 11 more times and have purchased a gift certificate for a friend to go.
