She always responded to my voicemails in a timely manner and had guided me through the process of getting my dad the in home care that he needs! My dad has had his new aides for the past week so far and we are all very happy with them. Unfortunately he had to have a quick trip to the ER for two days and I spoke with the answering service several times over the weekend to keep them up to date on his progress. We found out this afternoon that he was being discharged and once again, the agency was in touch with his aides and they were able to come stay with him again on short notice.
