Dunstan was sent out to inspect our ailing furnace, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us all of our repair options. We also had an appointment today with Lloyd, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he provided a wealth of information about furnace replacement in case we decided to go that route. “We had Nick and his crew come from Isaac's facility in Big Flats NY come to install insulation in our attic and in our basement in Ontario county (Farmington NY). Isaac's had them travel out of their normal territory so we wouldn't have to wait as long to get this work done.This was a large job so it took them two days to complete as they couldn't fit all of the insulation they needed in their big box truck.

They did a great job, were courteous to us and our home, and did a very neat installation. They cleaned up after themselves on both days and kept us informed as to how they were tackling this job and the progress they were making. We are very pleased with the results.“
