A huge thank you for the Furnace Doctor crew. They helped out a family member of mine in a time of need for a brand new central air system. I cannot say enough good things about the Furnace Doctor! I just had Joe out to service my furnace as it had stopped working/was producing a burning smell in the middle of the night. Joe was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and resolve it all in one visit. I just purchased my house so this is my first winter here and it turns out my propane pressure level coming into the house was dangerously high, in turn tripping a switch in the furnace. This could’ve had a way worse outcome had Joe and his partner not been here so quickly to diagnose the issue and resolve it! Prompt, kind, knowledgeable, answered all my questions in terms I could understand, not in a hurry, assured and reassured me that everything was fine with my Furnance! Their price was MUCH LESS than I expected! Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Matt and Bill!
