(I understand that sometimes John’s run over schedule. However I had a personal emergency and had to leave town quickly. I called early morning to let them know and requested to be moved up on the schedule if possible. Instead, I was the last visit.)

Had washing machine shutoff valves replaced. Cody was terrific to work with! He was very professional, and did a quality job. Almost as impressive as the quality work was his great attitude. Sometimes dealing with technicians of any kind these days can be a real challenge. Irritable, curt and just plain rude behavior is common today, but Cody is a breath of fresh air. He is personable and respectful. It was a real pleasure working with Cody. I would not only work with him again, but I also recommend Potter Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical!
