Alex was amazing and so kind! He was a pleasure to have at our home, to fix our furnace, at such a hard time for our family personally. Highly recommend him! Give that guy a raise, he deserves it!

Had a new furnace installed—Cameron and his assistant (I didn’t get his name!) did a great job! Friendly, instructive , and helpful. They cleaned up beautifully and explained everything to me, helped me learn the new thermostat. Very positive experience.

I have been in the Gold Star program since Isaac installed the furnace and this was the first time I needed to use it. We were out of town when the no heat problem occurred and it was unfortunately during a very cold spell. The house temperature was down to 40 degrees and the 1st appointment was 26 hours out. I called and complained and asked for an earlier appointment!! They listened and got someone there the next morning and got the needed heat going. Thanks for listening and being flexible to our needs.
