The service provided by the Ruffalo Appliance Sales staff was superb. Our 21 yr old refrigerator finally gave out for good so we needed a new fridge quickly. After visiting the big box stores and not really finding what we needed due to size restrictions we made our way to Ruffalo's in Newark. We had purchased our replacement dishwasher there a few months ago. Ruffalo's had multiple refrigerator's that met our size restricted needs. In the end we ended up with a fancy Bertazzoni - Italian made unit that could be delivered quickly. Thank you Bob & Jeff for hooking us up. What a pleasant experience I had here when I suddenly had to find a new washer/dryer. In the store, Bob was incredibly helpful and patient as he showed me all the options available. The two delivery guys were courteous and extremely careful as they removed the old set and installed the new machines. Although I’m hoping never to use it, the fact that they have their own repair service is a big plus. Highly recommend.

I had a gas range and a side by side refrigerator installed. I can't put into words what great employees they have. Nick and his helper were awesome. They even wanted my dog for there mascot to ride around in the truck with them. Thank you also to Donna for helping me get just the right appliances. I would highly recommend if you are looking for any appliance give them a call.

Ruffalo Enterprises LLC started back in 1963 with two brothers Skip and Buddy Ruffalo. It was first named Ruffalo Repair Service and later evolved into a complete all brands appliance service. In 1983 Skip Ruffalo opened up a small Maytag dealership. Soon come his young nephew Mitch Ruffalo to help out the family business. In 1988 Mitch joined the business full time. After the unfortunate loss of his beloved uncle Skip, Mitch took full ownership of the business and on June 1st 1989, officially became the owner of now Ruffalo Enterprises LLC. The business has evolved into a multi brand appliance sales and service business.
