We have been going to Kwon’s in Roslyn for a couple of years now and even though Great Neck is littered with martial arts schools, we chose to trek out to Kwon’s in Roslyn because of Master DK’s teaching style on positive reinforcement, attention to focus and details, and most importantly, challenging kids to push beyond their limits and understanding what true grit is. Now that Kwon’s opened a studio in Great Neck, that dreaded 40 min drive in rush hour traffic from GN to Roslyn has been trimmed to a 10 min drive with intimate smaller class sizes. Coach Joe is amazing with kids and both of my children look forward to going to their weekly taekwondo class.

She’s very kind, professional knowledgeable, and takes such good care of you. I am a fanatic about my hair and she has always come through for me spot on with color!! My wife and I had an amazing experience with Ballroom Boutique Dance Company. As complete beginners, we were a bit nervous at first, but Donatas and Christina made us feel comfortable right away. They are incredibly patient, supportive, and talented instructors who truly care about their students’ progress.
We started with the basics—foxtrot, rumba, and tango—and gradually built up to cha-cha, bachata, salsa, swing, and merengue. Each lesson was fun, engaging, and easy to follow, even for those with no prior dance experience.
One of the highlights for us has been the monthly Friday night dance parties. They create such a welcoming and lively atmosphere where everyone can practice, socialize, and enjoy dancing together. It’s a great way to meet other students and feel part of a community.
We also had the opportunity to participate in the Christmas Dance Gala, which was truly unforgettable. Performing our routine was both exciting and rewarding—and we nailed it! It’s a memory we’ll always cherish.
Thanks to Donatas and Christina’s guidance and encouragement, we’ve gained so much confidence on the dance floor. Whether it’s weddings, birthday parties, or special events, we now actually look forward to dancing.

I had an amazing experience with Olga Lucia. She is incredibly professional and truly a perfectionist at what she does. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in great hands. Everything she used was sterile and extremely clean, which made me feel very safe throughout the entire process.
Before starting, Olga applied a numbing cream to the area, so the procedure was completely painless. I had my eyebrows tattooed using the micropigmentation powder technique, which gives a very soft, natural look. The results are beautiful and natural-looking—exactly what I wanted.
She also corrected previous eyebrow work that I had done somewhere else and refreshed the color perfectly. Her experience and attention to detail really show in her work. My eyebrows look amazing and the results last for years.

I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. I was back from my first ACL in about 6 months, with no pain, and a strong knee that I would have never gotten without the tremendous work of Terry! I am so grateful for everything he has done, and continues to do for me!

Matt was able to deliver exactly what we asked of him and more. We had certain design requests that I think made the overall home design and floor plan more challenging, but Matt worked to achieve our goals and was truly successful. Because of our schedule he was always able to meet us in the evenings. This is the guy that the builders choose to design their own homes.

Due to my rare eye condition it wasn't simple to create a perfect fit and dr Kolker did everything to make it happen with so much patience and caring attitude. My insurance didn't cover the visits and lenses but Dr Kolker did a significant discount which was very much affordable.Overall very impressed with her work ethic and dedication .Highly recommend.

Absolutely the most gorgeous, well maintained and truly cared for boutique shop. They have everything. We landed on a honey crisp apple tree , fig tree and black cherry tree, yes they had several different cherry options! STUNNING flowers and things you don’t see everywhere. Knowledgeable Staff and good energy all over. We will all definitely be back.

Kate gave me skin advice that helped change my skin completely only weeks after my session. My skin has never been more clean, glowy, and healthy. It was my first time at Salon Rock, I’ve recently moved into the area and was looking for a salon that could mimic my color as best as they could and I couldn’t have asked for better. I worked with Andrea, she’s new to the salon and she did an amazing job! The color looks great, she made it look natural and made my highlights extremely thin and natural looking.
