Brian, the PM came to the house to inspect everything which was a smooth process. Install started shortly after signing quote and the process was smooth as well. The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. They kept me advised throughout the whole process, during which they put down drop-cloths to protect the floor from dirt/damage. Very mindful of the property while they worked.
