“I can’t recommend this service enough. I had a backup in my basement at 10pm at night. I scheduled a service call online for first thing in the morning. They actually called me that night and offered to come right then but I decided to wait til morning. Ben arrived during the scheduled window. He was so nice and professional. Quickly resolved the problem and scheduled a follow up call for them to inspect the mail line with a camera and for restoration services to come that day to assess the flood damage. Great customer service. Great experience all around.“

“Our water heater stopped working suddenly and we were stuck with cold water for a few days, a challenge for anyone but especially for our child who has sensory challenges due to his autism. We wanted to find a trustworthy company who would be straight forward and honest with us and solve the issue quickly. We contacted ALL DAY PLUMBING and they were all of this for us. From the first phone call, they were able to research how old our water heater was ( it came with the house when we bought it about 7 years ago) and give their honest opinion about whether we should go with a electric water heater replacement or regular water heater. On the day of the appointment, the team came and installed the new water heater, disposing of the old one and taking care of the cleanup. All of this was done efficiently. A few days later, we noticed that the pressure in the pipe seemed low. We called the company concerned and they set up a second visit for us right away and the team that came checked everything thoroughly and even took the time to explain a bit of the science behind piping, pressure, etc. It put us at ease. I meant to write this review weeks ago but misplaced the paper where I recorded the names of the awesome team members that came to our aide and delayed my review in the hope that it would turn up. Unfortunately, it did not, but I wanted to make sure to send in this much deserved positive review for this wonderful company. If you have plumbing or heating challenges, All Day Plumbing is the trustworthy way to go. Can't thank you all enough but sending special thanks to the team that came to check back in, who if I remember right consisted of Christian and Don, and the team that did the initial installation: Don's brother and his partner on that day (so sorry I forgot the names). I reached out to H&A Queens plumbing and Eugene answered the call and said he would come out to replace it after I sent him pictures of the situation.
Eugene was at my house within 3 hours of my initial call with a new water heater and replaced the old unit, all this at a reasonable price. Thanks.“
