“nobody ever wants to get a letter from the water department saying your water has been running non-stop. but if it happens, call a good plumber. we’ve used louis and his team for a few different things—replacing our hot water heater, fixing a leaking drain under the sink, and most recently, they handled a big job replacing most of the pipes under our house and putting in a new water line from the street after we had a bunch of leaks. louis is very easy to work with and really knows plumbing. he makes sure everything is done the right way, not just patched up. we feel confident that the work his crew did is going to last a long time. they spent extra time undoing a bunch of quick fixes the last owners did, so now everything runs a lot smoother and safer. our house is pretty old and had all kinds of mismatched pipes underneath. louis and his team figured it all out and organized everything like pros. the crew always showed up when they said they would and cleaned up before leaving every day. they were polite, respectful, and really skilled at what they do. if you have an older house, i especially recommend these guys—they really know the ins and outs of old plumbing systems and how to get things up to code. louis kept in touch the whole time and stopped by a few times to check on the progress. they might not be the cheapest option, but the prices are fair for the quality of work you get. i don’t mind paying a little more to have a licensed plumber who gets the job done right. we’re really happy with everything they did and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber.“
