Called about a hot water issue yesterday (Monday), and all fixed by today midday (Tuesday). Tech was clean and professional, came on time, explained everything, and fixed it all. It is nice have a contractor you can trust!

Gramman has helped us with several projects and smaller repairs over the years. This review is about the choice and installation of a "smart home" water leak detection and shutoff system. Gramman provided the information we needed to make an informed decision about choice of systems and installation. We decided on the Moen Flo, and then chose a setup with a bypass valve so that, in the event of a failure of the Flo system, we could bypass that equipment and continue getting water until the automated system was fixed. Gramman installed this somewhat involved setup flawlessly. Based on all of our experiences with these experts, we think Gramman is tops.

Great emergency response and attention to detail by Bobby and his dedicated team. Had the unfortunate experience of walking into a flooded basement over the weekend due to my old water heater which had outlived its life. I spoke to Dan on a Saturday night who walked me through what to do to stop the water from flooding through the hot water heater - He was fantastic. By Monday morning they were ready to replace my unit. Customer service, responsiveness and professionalism; 10 out of 10.
