Four installers were here and got the air handler in the attic and under the house and the two compressors outside all done in one day. The men just worked all day and didn’t leave here until all the work was done at the air-conditioning was working perfectly! We are very happy with the new air-conditioning and we’re totally satisfied with the professionalism of the men. I've had Homeserve for years, and I've never had any issues getting help for a repair. I usually get someone within the next day and their technicians are very proficient and friendly. As of 2026, I've had a sewer drain unclogged and a boiler repair involving a circuit board that malfunctioned and prevented auto refill from working. The only thing I don't like is that the company is now using AI if you want to schedule by phone. Otherwise, I have no issues.
