The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. They kept me advised throughout the whole process, during which they put down drop-cloths to protect the floor from dirt/damage. Very mindful of the property while they worked. Let's start with Murshell, at the front desk. The customer service that she provided was amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many times I called her. Then there was Chris, who came out to do inspection before the water heater was installed to make sure that he knew what was required and needed to complete the job. He then provided me with prompt, up front, estimates and proposals to ensure that I knew what the job would entail and cost before we even got started. Once, I accepted the proposal, the water heater was promptly ordered and the installation date was set up. Two technician, Audley and Anthony then performed the removal and cart away of the old water heater and the installation of the new AO Smith water heater. Both gentlemen did an excellent job and as the new heater was replacing a 20 year old water heater, the new install required new fittings and plumbing adjustments to align with the new heater. Audley expertly made those adjustments, installed the new heater and checked his work for leaks. It was only after he was fully satisfied with his work that he signed off on the job.
