I I expressed my concerns to the technician, Steve Ward. He spent quite a bit of time answering all my inquiries about new HVAC units. He was kind and highly professional. He was here close to 2 hours and seemed to do an awesome job. I would like to give him 5 Stars. I also felt the price was very fair.“

“We had a dishwasher drain that failed and caused a mess unexpectedly. The water remediation guys came immediately and took care of drying everything out. Shawn handled updating all our kitchen drains in the meantime time so this wouldn't reoccur. He was efficient, friendly, and came immediately to correct the problem when we noticed one of the joints that attached to the old cast iron pipe was leaking. Although plumbing issues are always a headache, we appreciate the positive experience they made it for us. We will continue to use Roto for any future issues.“

“Where to start ...When I called RHP I was so distraught, as one is while water is pouring from a ceiling. The service rep. was so polite and professional but also caring and genuine concerned for me and my emergency. A plumber was almost immediately dispatched and at my home in less than an hour.Ron and his partner quickly set to work find the issue. (Which required a tremendous amount of work...cutting through walls and ceilings...)I had a pretty big disaster on my hands with a cracked sewer stack! He stayed on later and made sure to stop further damage and assured me he would have me up and running in no time. The next morning at 830am sharp they returned and within a few hours removed the damaged pipe...and ran brand new pvc from the 2nd story all the way to the basement. Boom! I had a working toilet again. All of this in 24 hrs or less. So impressive. I cant say enough about how nice these guys were too...they showed sympathy while being total professionals. “Hurricane Home Solutions installed my Champion home standby generator on 18 December 2024. Not a simple install due to incorporating a sub panel and dealing with numerous GFE circuits. John and Eddie were steadfast and professional in seeing the install through to completion. My neighbors even commented on how dedicated they were given their perseverance despite cold, crappy weather with steady rain. They even put down floor coverings to deal with the mud/clay and cleaned up work areas such that you couldn’t even tell they had been there. I appreciate the install job.
