“We’ve been in our home since 2019. Michael at BP continues to be our only call for our furnace, a/c and hot water tank. Honesty, integrity & good work are qualities Michael has.<br>Michael is extremely helpful. Sunday, January 25 we awoke to no heat. My call to Michael included that our thermostat had been acting up a few days prior. With heavy snow present, Michael spent over an hour with me on the phone, literally diagnosing while I did exactly what he explained after he asked if I were comfortable removing the two furnace panels. After using my multimeter, copper wire, sharing with Michael what the furnace is doing & not doing (clicks, whats running, not running, etc) it was determined my 5 yr old nest thermostat was the culprit. I then drove to Depot, bought, drove back & installed a new thermostat. It resolved the no-heat issue. Huge thanks to Michael to spend Sunday morning with me over the phone, diagnosing and giving me a better understanding of how it all works.”
