Where to start ...When I called RHP I was so distraught, as one is while water is pouring from a ceiling. The service rep. was so polite and professional but also caring and genuine concerned for me and my emergency. A plumber was almost immediately dispatched and at my home in less than an hour.Ron and his partner quickly set to work find the issue. (Which required a tremendous amount of work...cutting through walls and ceilings...)I had a pretty big disaster on my hands with a cracked sewer stack! I am very pleased with Empire, and trust them completely for heating, air and plumbing. My Rheem furnace and air conditioning units perform well. Empire responds the same day for emergency situations. I had an emergency a few weeks ago, the main sewer was clogged and backing up into the downstairs shower. They came within hours and promptly resolved the problem. What a relief to know that in an emergency I can count on their service.
