He was reliable, meticulous, investigated to find the source of the problem, he didn’t just go and cut, and make a Mess. He also explained what he was looking for and walked us through the process. Perry took the time to answer my many questions, and did it with a smile! He fixed our damaged pipe and a couple other things we knew we needed to fix. His prices were fair and honest. A little while later, I received a phone call from **** saying a tech could be to my residence within 2 hours. There is no charge for an estimate.Before the two hours elapsed, one of the techs, ******, was at my house. He examined my central a/c unit thoroughly and advised me of the work needed to be performed (for general maintenance) so I would not have any issues this season, I was asked if I was interested in having the job done at this time. I decided I would after being provided with the cost. The tech explained everything and took pictures so I could differentiate between the before and after work (to be certain it was handled). He was very knowledgeable and patient, He took his time doing the necessary task and cleaned up after himself. “

“I first used Delca about twenty five years ago for my central air unit shortly after I moved into my home. In the middle of the worst heat wave of the summer my air conditioning went out. I called the company that had installed the unit for the previous home owner for service. I was told that it would take 3 or four days to get a technician to evaluate the problem. Someone I worked with recommended Delca. I gave them a call and they had a technician on site the same day. He evaluated the problem and fixed it. In addition to regular service for my heating and airconditioning units I have had three emergency calls for service in the middle of heat waves. Each time Delca responded right away and fixed the problem. When I needed to replace the original central air unit, Delca gave me several options and explained what each entailed. I wish all services companies were this reliable.“
