“Dr.Smith was amazing, he really took the time to do a very thorough examination on my sick kitty. Even when he was just talking to us he was still comforting her and giving her love. She was extremely comfortable with him. Him and the vet tech were great at explaining the next steps how to administer her new medications and going over the prices for upcoming scans. My dad who came with me was so impressed by everything that he is in the process of switching his dogs to this vet as well! Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel more comfortable!“

“I cannot say enough great things about this place. I lost my puppy Thor a few days ago and they were nothing short of exceptional. During my difficult time they made the process go smooth and took a lot off my plate. They waited till I could get there even tho they had already closed when I called. “I’d give 100 stars if I could. I was on vacation with my family and had to bring my bunny with me, we tried for weeks to get Truffles to a vet but no one near us was taking new patients or cared after rabbits. He was suffering and would have died at home alone and I would never have wanted that for him, after calling another dozen or so vets in the Rochester area they were the only ones willing to help us put our bunny to rest. The vet and her staff were all so kind and compassionate and made a difficult time “easy” to get through. I’m just glad I got to be there for him in his end. Thank you again for your help!“

Dr. Buck is an extremely compassionate, knowledgeable vet who has always been able to give me great advice and treatment options for my pets with very thorough explanations. I’ve personally witnessed her go above and beyond not just for my own animals but for other animals in her care. The veterinary profession is a very difficult one, and I am so thankful Dr. Buck has dedicated her career to helping animals even when their owners might verbally abuse her, complain about the price, or neglect preventative care. It’s an often thankless job with insane overhead and patients who cannot talk. Do not skip preventative care or well visits, listen to the advice given, realize the prices are fair for the market and consider pet insurance for your pet.“
