Nothing felt rushed at all. He even spent time petting and loving on Snuggles even though things were running behind. I've been to another vet office where it's completely all about business and feels cold and rushed. But Lyons Veterinary Clinic has always taken such great care, from the staff that answer phones, or at the front desk, vet techs and the doctors.
