I had no choice but to believe his diagnosis, system was already at life expectancy, from 2018. He said it was time. It worked before he got here, but at least it is only 23,000 to change. “I am new to the Ridgefield area. I needed a few small bathroom fixes. They arrived on time and fixed 2 of the 3 issues. The dripping shower needed a cartridge that they did not have with them. They assured me that it would be a 10 minute fix with the correct cartridge. I stressed that I was looking to find my long term plumber and to not forget to come back. That was over 3 weeks ago. My shower still drips (how many gallons literally down the drain?). I called the office after about a week and was promised a call back with info as to when they would come. That was two weeks ago. No call, no service visit. Plumber came the next day and fixed it. I raised from 3 to 4 stars.“
