Ernie and his team had serviced our previous home for 20 years and then helped with a total rehabilitation of our next home, a 1925 Tudor. Hefferon worked with our unique project needs that blended both historic renovation and new construction to give us a state of the art, efficient, wonderful indoor climate. The team is smart, hardworking, and great partners across design, installation, and service.

Dealing with Hefferon was a real pleasure. From Ernie Hefferon to the office staff and the installers, everyone was unfailingly pleasant and answered every question I had.My first meeting with Ernie took a full hour+; he reviewed the existing conditions in my house and gave me different alternatives. The other company I contacted did a 10 minute look at my house and quickly came up with a quick and dirty proposal. Ernie's thoughtful approach gave me confidence that I would be getting quality work, tailored to my needs.My system was just installed, so I don't know how it will work. I do, however, have confidence that Hefferon will be there if I need them.
