I spoke to Dina at the office and she was very supportive. I was very upset because my former service provider had cancelled multiple times, and even though Dina said you had finished your seasonal service she got me in for an appointment within 48 hours from my call. Chris was our technician and was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and fixed a couple of issues to prevent later problems. I would recommend Chris again and plan on using Hefferon for all my HVAC annual service and issues beyond in the future. Thank you so much!
