We have had a 100% positive experience with Total Comfort. When it came to AC, the size and shape of our house presented special challenges, and Total Comfort was more than equal to the task. Over our last 5 years with Total Comfort we have gotten outstanding cheerful and professional service, from the receptionist answering the phone to the service personnel coming to our house.
Total Comfort has kept the air conditioning and heating circulation system, that they installed 25 years ago, running as well as it did the first day. All of their techs, and Kathy at the office, are very professional, courteous, and a delight to work with
