“Brain and his crew have now become part of our family. We originally hired him to remove and replace an old outdoor deck and build a gym room in our basement. He and his team showed up on time every day and did a beautiful job to our specifications. We then brought him back to help us remodel a bathroom, and again, we spoke about the job often, even before he started working. He was responsive to all our questions (and we had a lot,) and very patient with remodeling rookies. He started and finished within the time frame he estimated. Our third job with Brian was outdoor lighting and various other repairs we needed done, and again he and his team did the job efficiently. Gary and his crew were professional from beginning to end and what impressed me was that they paid attention to important details in the workmanship; was neat and finished beautifully. We recently had a leak in the Bay Window and we called Gary and even though it’s been a few years he sent his crew to come back and assess and fix a minor issue but was big in that would resolve future water problems seeping in. To me this is super professional and he did it without charging us although we took care of his guys.
