“Jim and his team have done a number of jobs for us in our house over the last few years including adding an extension on our house, multiple bathroom remodels, basement remodeling after signifcant water damage, mold removal and protection from 3 bedrooms, new driveway and front railing and more. There isnt a job too small or large and we plan to use him for even more work including a kitchen remodeling and backyard redo with pavers. They do excellent work - top quality, code compliant, and always thinking about how to protect from future damage (esp water). “Ray Cacase, the owner of New Phase Contractors, is knowledgeable, has reasonable prices and is always on the job till it’s finished, unlike many other contractors. His work is excellent and he always looks to save you money if there is a better way to accomplish something. He’s very easy to work with and aims to please.Ray added a large room for me on the second floor of my house. An architect drew up the plans and Ray was in touch with him when needed. The room went above my living room, so the ceiling to my living room needed to come off. Wow, that was amazing. But he raised the ceiling to 10 feet in the living room to accommodate the room above, to be built. Since my skylight in the living room had to go, we added a half moon window in the living room.I love my new room and the house looks great!! I would recommend New Phase to anyone who needs work done on their home.“
