Once the work began between Rey, Marvin and Nelson someone from the ownership team was on-site every single day. Johnny and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job and did it all with a can-do attitude, never shying away from a request no matter how small. They meticulously added 2 inch foam board insulation under the new siding that completely changed the house. I recommended NISI highly and can say I have never been part of a construction project that went this smoothly. “Colonial Construction handled a big exterior renovation for me, including replacing windows, stucco/wood repair and painting, and replacing and extending my patio. They also remodeled an existing bathroom and small kitchen/pantry. Mike and John are excellent to work with. They and their team, including their subcontractors, are responsive, on time, and clean. They set expectations and hold to their promises and the billing is efficient, easy to understand, and lines up exactly with the proposals. They accomodate changes reasonably - they will bill you for change orders but don't nickel and dime you. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. “I cant sing enough praises for Joe, Scott, and Jimmy. I would trust Joe with my newborn baby (literally). While planning for my bathroom remodel I did my best to keep cost low by doing the demo myself. I planned to reframe the studs and put in new subfloor. Joe was offering his advice willingly and was very open and helpful. However, I ran into serious problems when I discovered bad termite damage in the joists. I attempted to add new joists and sister the beams but this was over my head. Joe was extremely accommodating as I added more work into our proposal. I've never met someone with this much of an amazing can-do attitude and literally there is nothing he cant do or figure out a solution for. “We recently had great additions do a second floor dormer and front porch on our cape home. The project was started mid September and we were back living in the house by the first week of December. The crew was efficient and many of the guys were very nice and helpful. If we had any issues, it was fixed within the week. We were able to contact our project manager by text with any issues and hear back the same day. We were very happy with how everything turned out!“

“Will and team are Levitt Style are excellent. They helped us convert a traditional Levitt bathtub bathroom for “aging in place” and to enhance safety. They were very responsive all along. I’d say they went beyond the call of duty - finishing a comprehensive job earlier than I thought possible. They do high quality work but they are reasonable - their cost proposal was fair and they stuck to it. What I also appreciated beyond their high quality workmanship was their straight communication, knowledgeable guidance, and reliability. They knew I was under time pressure - we had to move out of the house while the work was done. I recommend them without reservations and would use them again without hesitation for big and small projects, and in this case they proved perfect for an “aging in place” project to assist the elderly in our family.
