My mother was recommended this company and they were fantastic. Mike was first to stop at the house and inspect possible work to be done. He was extremely transparent and informative to both my mother and I of what recommended work was needed. A very honest and stand up guy. Then Vladimir and Efren both showed up only an hour later to start the work. Amazing since we booked the job so short notice. The work was completed efficiently and within about an hour.

I can’t recommend Guaranteed Home Improvement enough. After getting a second opinion, I realized just how valuable it is to work with an honest contractor.
The first company spent a couple of hours inspecting my chimney, charged me a $250 inspection fee, and handwrote two estimates: nearly $20,000 for a complete chimney replacement or about $9,000 to replace just the top of the chimney.

The price is a little high for what I thought. But after watching the job and seeing the end results well worth it. Justin came out told me exactly what’s going on with chimney and why it’s getting backed up. He told me two options for prices right upfront. If you end up with Justin at your house he is a straight shooter and trustworthy.
The rest of the team came out the same day to do the work. Edwin and Victor are really great at what they do. Kept things clean and they were professional at their jobs.
