“My husband and I hired Ambassador to install all new replacement windows a few years back and a new Bay Window from a double hung. Gary and his crew were professional from beginning to end and what impressed me was that they paid attention to important details in the workmanship; was neat and finished beautifully. We recently had a leak in the Bay Window and we called Gary and even though it’s been a few years he sent his crew to come back and assess and fix a minor issue but was big in that would resolve future water problems seeping in. To me this is super professional and he did it without charging us although we took care of his guys. This professionalism is hard to come by these days and I can’t say enough great things of the integrity and character of Gary and how he runs his business.
