Edwin and his crew came out to check our hvac system quickly and started and finished work promptly. They worked neatly and professionally. His pricing was fair and only provided the services necessary without upselling. Very glad we have him and his team for maintenance of our systems now. Highly recommend!

There were two specialists that came to my house to diagnose my problem and, thankfully for me, therr was a very cheap solution. Their diagnose of my issue was fast and easy and the remedy provided was done in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend this company. The price was also very reasonable.

Like many times before, I had an unexpected a/c failure at the height of a heat wave. However, unlike my past experiences with a/c diagnostics and repairs, KoolPoint was ultra professional and responsive (even though it was a Sunday). The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and also very professional. I have now signed up for their service contract because I trust them and want to continue working with them. Highly recommend!
