Edwin and team provide high quality, trustworthy work, and do a great job explaining the what and why of things. We’ve used them for AC maintenance and replacement.They’re a thoughtful, considerate team and are always very responsive.

Thank you KoolPoint. My house is a split level in East Meadow. Edwin Almonte arrived to check my existing unit and make suggestions for upgrades. I accepted his bid after having a few other companies in. They weren't the cheapest but far from the most expensive. I felt very comfortable with Edwin and the plan that he laid out. After installation there were a few glitches having to do more with my old system. I would call KoolPoint and was given next day service. They found the right balance for my house with some additional tweaking and I couldn't be happier. It's rare that I write reviews but it was warranted. Thank you Edwin and the crew at KoolPoint.
