“Five-star service! We discovered a bathroom leak over a holiday weekend and were struggling to find anyone who could come quickly. The owner himself came to our home first thing this morning to assess the situation. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue and explain what was happening. We truly appreciated him making room for us during an emergency—especially on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend!”
“James and his team worked on the outside of home renovation. We called them back to do a refresh on our garage. Communication was great and the projects were finished timely. They also stand by their work and make sure it’s perfect before they leave.”
“I was as skeptical at first, even after looking at photos and reading reviews about the pros and cons I finally decided it was time to go ahead with bath fitter. Well I'm glad I did, from the salesman to the installers everything went without a hitch. Please let me tell you about these two particular installers, their names are Moses and Franklin.. Starting with where I live on the fifth floor with no elevator and the amount of material that was needed to just to prep the walls that would have been enough to demish their motivation, but it didn't. The men were professional and courteous and explained every detail of the job. They covered any areas that needed to be covered, they were neat and efficient. These guys we experienced and you could see that they worked together for a while.
As far as the product goes it's not tile or marble but it sure looks like it. My bathroom install included tub liner, floor to ceiling including the ceiling, and they did a great job around the window and door. I can't thank those guys enough, and I'd like the thank bath fitter for working with me and giving me their assurance that they'll stand behind their products.
