“Ellen and Creig were incredibly kind and helpful in guiding me through my selection of new frames and replacement lenses. All questions answered. Adjustments to my old frames, superb. At no point did I feel they were trying to upsell me on anything. All the frames I tried on were top-quality, and again there was no upsell during either the frame-picking or the lens-picking phase; just an informative review of the different options and whether they seemed to fit my needs. There was an adjustment that needed to be made to the replacement lenses at first, and they did this for free in a timely way. The store has a special Zeiss machine that measures angles for glasses faster and more accurately than most machines. The store also has, in addition to high-quality traditional frames from brands like Lindberg or Masunaga, AI glasses that support prescription lenses. In each visit, the staff offered me complimentary cleaning supplies. On some visits, they also offered champagne, coffee, and even cake! By far the best hospitality and quality of any optical store I’ve ever visited. I’ll be a customer for as long as I live in NYC.“

One point ordered one that was specifically built for “Asian noses “ but they still slid, so when I saw the ad that said about them doing a 3D view to make a custom fit I said to myself maybe this is finally the right one for me so I scheduled an appointment online and it was a breeze doing it. When I got there, Reggie met us and he was very courteous, and professional He offered us something to drink as soon as we sat. Explained every process along the way. It was so cool that they thought of everything when making the glasses, from the frame to the, bridge and temples were all separate pieces and specially with the 3D capture (they also had hair ties for your long hair) to really make sure they get a good fit. When I got the glasses, fitting in the store was good Reggie was explaining how adjustment was necessary for a proper fit. I had a great experience doing this.
