Today I dropped into Sterling Optical to see if I could have my sunglasses tightened. They’ve been falling down my nose constantly for a couple of years now and of course the heat in summer makes it worse. When I came in I was greeted warmly by Suzette and she was able to schedule a fitting with Steve in only 30 minutes. He was able to quickly fix my sunglasses. Now they sit perfectly on my nose and no slippage! Why didn’t I do this years ago? And when I offered to pay, Suzette told me it would be no charge! It is by far the best optical store I have ever visited. Firstly, they provide an orderly, clear, and extremely friendly service. They make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the final product. Additionally, the after-sales service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

I was wonderfully surprised and amazed at the thoughtful service and care I received by Suzette and Steve. I went to Sterling Optical on a recommendation from a friend because my own optician was unsuccessful at adjusting my eyeglasses (they tried three times) and I was desperate to have the nose pads adjusted for comfort. I was weary of approaching Sterling because I did not buy my eyeglasses from them. However, when I spoke to Suzette, she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable that they would help me and have Steve adjust my eyeglasses.
