I've been a client/patient/whatever for prob 12 years now. Friendly service, modern tools, and Dr. H is just a great guy who's great at his job. I have to cross town to see him but it's worth it.
I've been going to Dr. Ho for my annual eye exam and contacts lens exam for the last 3 years. I have no complaints. The staff are always very professional and helpful. My contact lens are always mailed to me in a timely manner. Dr. Ho does an excellent job with patient care and explaining the tests that we go through. I feel like I learn something new about the eye every time I go for my annual!
My contact fell out while I was rubbing my eye, and I needed an emergency pair. I called and they were so quick and easy to talk to. They gifted me a weeks worth of free contacts. The pick up process was easy since I called beforehand and I was in and out in two minutes. Will definitely go back to them in the future if I need anything optical.
