Love the store layout, good choices, and when I went today to make two purchases, I had the best store employee ever. His name is Ian. In the past, all the employees have been friendly and well informed as well.
This Warby Parker location is always wonderful—even when they’re busy. Nikki was super helpful and had me in and out within 15 mins on a Sunday and thoroughly assisted with the purchase of eyeglasses and sunglasses, including submitting a claim to my insurance. Highly recommend!
I’m sure this location gets busy on weekends (as it’s a bit more compact), but I had such a great experience walking in and being helped right away. Huge shoutout to Nesha for being so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. She made it easy to try different styles and even get second and third opinions on what suited my face best. 🤓
