Ellen and Creig were incredibly kind and helpful in guiding me through my selection of new frames and replacement lenses. All questions answered. Adjustments to my old frames, superb. At no point did I feel they were trying to upsell me on anything. All the frames I tried on were top-quality, and again there was no upsell during either the frame-picking or the lens-picking phase; just an informative review of the different options and whether they seemed to fit my needs. There was an adjustment that needed to be made to the replacement lenses at first, and they did this for free in a timely way.
